We want new team members to feel welcome and set up for success. Our onboarding process is designed to help you get productive quickly while building relationships with your new colleagues.

Onboarding Process

• Day 1 — Equipment setup, accounts, and welcome call with your manager
• Week 1 — Meet the team, company overview, and first small tasks
• Week 2-4 — Onboarding buddy, project assignment, and deeper learning
• Month 2-3 — Full project involvement with ongoing support
• Ongoing — Regular 1:1s, feedback, and growth opportunities
